Booking your stall or area

In order to reserve your stall, you need to read the Guidance Booklet supplied and then complete and return the booking forms attached, along with your payment, by Wednesday 20th June.

The Guidance Booklet will provide you with all of the information you will need for the Middlesbrough Mela. Keep this booklet as you will need it for future reference. You should also keep this booklet with you when you attend the Mela. Should you lose your Guidance Booklet, or it becomes damaged, please contact us and we will issue you with a new copy.

The Booking Form requires details regarding your stall such as:
· Stall name and type
· Contact details
· Days Attending
· Stall Size
· Payment details
· Certificate information
· Vehicle registration

Please note the following:

· £50.00 administration charge will be required for Cancellations & Bounced Cheques!

· NO REFUNDS will be made for CANCELLATIONS after the closing date of Wednesday 20th June!

Please Note: No applications will be accepted after the final closing date!
